The Holmfirth Transition Town (HoTT) initiative was set up in 2010 by local volunteers to combat climate change and the emerging shortage of oil, now widely expected. We work together to raise awareness of these issues and carry out or encourage action to address them. Our approach is positive and enjoyable. With more than 100 supporters, our numbers are growing – and we are keen for others to join us.
